Overview
Flo & Flow is a therapeutic and sports massage practice focused on helping clients restore balance, relieve tension, and support physical recovery. The goal of this project was to develop a calm and contemporary brand identity that reflects the practice’s philosophy of balance and flow. The identity was designed to communicate the services clearly, establish trust, and create a welcoming visual presence that supports both the digital experience and client engagement.
Process
The process focused on translating the practice’s core ideas of balance, movement, and recovery into a clear visual identity. A key challenge was finding the right typographic direction for the logo, one that felt calm and approachable while still conveying professionalism. After exploring several typographic approaches, I developed a contemporary solution supported by a visual system of soft colour tones, and organic shapes, to create a cohesive and recognisable identity across the website and brand materials.
Results
The final outcome is a distinctive and cohesive identity that gives Flo & Flow a clear and professional presence. The typographic logo and supporting visual elements create a calm and welcoming aesthetic that reflects the practice’s approach to care. The identity works effectively across digital and printed materials, providing a strong foundation for communicating the brand and engaging new clients.
